nag88 offers various bonuses and promotional benefits to its members. The following conditions must be met to enjoy these offers:

• Welcome Bonus: 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳5,000. A 10x wagering requirement must be completed before the bonus amount can be withdrawn.
• Each promotional offer has its own validity period. Unused bonuses will be automatically cancelled after expiry.
• When using a bonus, bets must be placed only on eligible games — not all games may count toward bonus wagering.
• Multiple accounts from the same household, the same device, or the same IP address may not claim bonus benefits.

The VIP membership program has three tiers: Bronze — up to 0.5% cashback per week; Silver — up to 1.0% cashback per week; Gold — up to 1.5% cashback per week. Members can gradually advance to higher tiers through regular and responsible gaming activity.

6 Prohibited Activities

All nag88 members must maintain fair and ethical conduct. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Any form of fraud, software hacking, use of bots, or playing games with automated scripts.
• Using the platform for money laundering or transacting funds from illegal sources.
• Opening multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages from bonuses or promotions.
• Using or attempting to access another member's account credentials.
• Exploiting any system bug or error to gain an unfair advantage — if such an issue is discovered, reporting it to support immediately is mandatory.
• Threatening, harassing, or behaving offensively toward other members on the platform.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor or assisting minors in using the platform.

nag88 reserves the right to immediately close any account and forfeit the associated balance if the account holder engages in any of the prohibited activities above.

7 Account Suspension and Closure

nag88 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions.
• Registration using false information or failure to complete identity verification.
• Extended period of account inactivity.
• At the member's own request as part of self-exclusion or responsible gaming.
• When required for legal or regulatory reasons.

Members may also contact our support team at any time to close their own account. If there is a valid balance at the time of closure and no policy violations have occurred, that amount will be refunded.

8 Limitation of Liability
